From West of Pinehurst

Follow I-90 East and take Exit 45. Turn Right from the off-ramp. Turn Right on Silver Valley Road (First Right). Continue for just under 1/2 mile, and the clinic is on the Left.

From East of Pinehurst:

Follow I-90 West and take Exit 45. Turn Left from the off-ramp, going under freeway.  Turn Right on Silver Valley Road. Continue for just under 1/2 mile, and the clinic is on the Left.
